That's where nutrition coaching comes in. We take an in depth look at your life, your eating habits, and your goals, and come up with a plan that works for you. Vegan, Paleo, keto, low-carb, Weight Watchers, countless other diets... they all have a place, but what matters the most is how you feel! With personalized assistance, you can begin intuitively fueling your body to feel great. Our goal is that you feel empowered through your food choices, and begin to understand why you need to eat what you eat, and when! You can expect more energy, better sleep, and maybe even better fitting clothes... but this isn't a diet, it's just life. We want to transform your relationship to food, no matter how dysfunctional!
Salt Mountain is a HAES (Health At Every Size) practice. That means we focus on your health and wellbeing, not the number on the scale or your pant size. Want to drop weight? That can absolutely happen when you begin to nourish your body, but it's not our focus. We want you to feel comfortable in your skin, and that means reclaiming your relationship with your food and your body, and beginning to understand why we even need to eat in the first place. Oh, and by the way, we have experience with numerous eating disorders... you can feel safe here!
Once we have a plan in place, we work with you until you feel like you have it down... .so bi-weekly check in's are part of our package programs! We can also shopping with you, personalize a recipe collection, and help organize your home kitchen/pantry for success.
